What payment methods do you accept?

As of right now we only take Paypal.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check the status at any time by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We’re unable to modify an order after it’s placed, but we can cancel it if it hasn’t shipped yet.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day refund from point of receival return policy with conditions, see out returns and refunds page for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have a window of time that varies usually 1-2 days from purchase to cancel with no fees. To cancel contact us.

How do I set up my new device?

Depending on the unlock status you purchase your device may be ready to go. If it is locked it will be stated as such and we do not provide instructions on how to unlock your locked device.

Do your devices come with a warranty?

Yes! Most devices come with a 30-day limited warranty covering functionality issues. Warranty details are listed on each product page.

 Do you offer discounts?

At this time, our prices are firm, and we’re unable to offer discounts or accept alternate offers.

Do you offer a trade-in program?

Not yet, but it’s something we’re looking into for the future!

Do you offer technical support after purchase?

While we don’t provide full technical support, we can assist with basic troubleshooting and direct you to helpful resources.

Are your devices unlocked or carrier-specific?

Some are unlocked and work with multiple carriers, while others are carrier-specific. The listing will clearly state which one you’re getting.

Are your devices tested before being sold?

Absolutely! Every phone, tablet, and smartwatch goes through a full check for battery health, functionality, and performance before it’s listed.

What should I do if the device doesn’t work with my SIM card?

Double-check carrier compatibility. If the device was listed as compatible but doesn’t work, please contact us for assistance.

Will the device work with my carrier?

If it’s unlocked, it should work with most GSM carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, and many international networks. Verizon and some smaller carriers may need an extra compatibility check—just reach out and we’ll help.

How do I know if a phone is locked?

Check the phone’s listing—if it says “Locked,” it will only work with that carrier.

How do you grade the condition of your devices?

Excellent

Device is like new with no visible scratches

Very Good

At first glance, the device appears to be like new. The screen might have hairline scratches. The back cover may have small use signs including light scratches The housing of the device may show light scratches.

Good:

At first glance, the device appears to be lightly used. The screen might have some visible moderate scratches under normal light. The back cover might have some use signs including scratches visible under normal light. The housing of the device will show signs of wear, small scuffs and dings.

Acceptable: 

At first glance, this device appears to be moderately used. The screen will have moderate to heavy scratches under normal light. The back cover will have signs of wear, including scratches and scuffs. The housing will have signs of use including scratches and/or dents The device will have an original battery that may need servicing.

Do your devices come in original packaging?

Unless stated, our devices are shipped in secure aftermarket packaging rather than the original retail box.

How do I contact customer service if I need help?

You can reach us by email or through our contact form on the website. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Can locked phones be unlocked?

Please be aware that many of the network-locked devices we offer may still carry an unpaid balance from the previous owner. While we verify that every device has a clean ESN before shipping, we cannot guarantee that locked phones will be eligible for unlocking. However, they can still be activated and fully used with the carrier they are locked to.

Do your devices come with original accessories?

We include generic accessory equivalents with our pre-owned devices

Do you offer warranties on your products?

We do not offer a warranty only the 30 day return policy.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately the shipping address can't be changed after the order has been placed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How long does shipping take?
