Refund Policy

Sometime's things don't always work out and that is OK. Rest assured we have a comfortable refund policy. See below for more information on it.


For Accepted Returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



Exceptions, non-returnable items & Restocking fees


All returned items must be in the same condition as when originally shipped. We maintain detailed records of each device prior to shipment. If a return is received in a different condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee of up to 100% of the paid price for the device.

Examples of unacceptable return conditions include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical damage (cracked screens, dents, etc.)
  • Devices that are PIN-locked, iCloud-locked, or Google-locked
  • Software tampering or corruption
  • Any defects or alterations not present at the time of sale

In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense or retained without refund, depending on the severity of the discrepancy.
