Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.



Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout, based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order.

  • Standard: 3-7 business days
  • Second Day: 2 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for some carriers. Additionally, certain items may be restricted or unavailable for international shipping due to local regulations.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not liable for packages that are lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or uncontrollable weather events. However, we are happy to assist you in filing claims or investigating issues whenever possible.
